At Homedal, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During peak shopping seasons or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Punjab: 2–4 business days

  • Sindh, KPK & Balochistan: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volumes

  • Courier service delays beyond our control

  • Remote delivery locations

3. Shipping Charges

We deliver across Pakistan with a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 per order.

Any promotional offers such as Free Shipping will be clearly mentioned on our website whenever applicable.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation along with your tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available), allowing you to track your parcel until delivery.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect and securely pack every order before dispatch.

If your parcel arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incomplete

  • Incorrect

Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

For faster resolution, kindly provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • An unboxing video (recommended for damage or missing item claims)
